KMEA - Regional Business Development IOS – Operating Supplies
Your tasks
- Developing and further enhancing strategic targets for operating supplies (OS) products, such as adhesives, lubricants, filters, detergents.
- Execution of projects within the area of responsibility.
- Planning, optimizing, and controlling of the processes and tasks within the scope of the OS business under all economic aspects.
- Develops Marketing Tools (PPT/Trial Sales/Brochures with KIC).
- Coordinate stocking levels for adhesives with Material Management.
- Develop and improve supply chains.
- Evaluation, controlling and continuous improvement including monthly KPI reporting.
- Co-operation with MEA regions, international regions and headquarters for consistency and best practices.
- Networking and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and departments to ensure positive outcomes.
- Great communication and alignment.
- Travel approximately 60% or more (Foreign and domestic travel)
Your profile
- University degree required or 3 - 5 years’ experience in the packaging and bottling industry (product specific).
- Requires strong knowledge of Krones product lines and or equivalent industry members.
- Must be able to perform work of a technical nature requiring the use of judgment and independent thinking where only general procedures apply.
- A creative, self-starting team-player with a high-quality orientation and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- SAP experience and MS Office Skills preferred.
- Driver seat culture mentality.
- Second languages are beneficial
